LtCol Rob Barrow USMC (Ret) formed Capture LLC in 2006 as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). In 2007, the USDA awarded Capture “SDVOSB Company of the Year”. Mr. Barrow subsequently formed three sister companies each specializing in a specific result area including Capture Energy Solutions, LLC (CES) in 2009 with a team of unique specialists with a profound track record in deploying energy conservation and alternative energy systems.
