Project Responsibility: Dan Bicz has 34 years experience in private and public development and finance—arranged for $1.4 billion of energy, hospitality, residential, industrial, environmental, brown field and transportation projects. Dan was a principal in 12,500 residential, storage, dormitory and marina units. He has managed over one million square feet of industrial space, and has helped develop 5 industrial parks, 5 residential subdivisions and 3 marinas in excess of $1.5 Billion. Dan has won numerous awards including the 2005 Grand Aurora for Solar and two American Planning Association Awards. Dan has co-founded ten private and not-for-profit organizations. Graduated State University College at Buffalo (’77).
