Project Responsibility:

Dan Bicz has 34 years experience in private and public development and finance—arranged for $1.4 billion of energy, hospitality, residential, industrial, environmental, brown field and transportation projects. Dan was a principal in 12,500 residential, storage, dormitory and marina units. He has managed over one million square feet of industrial space, and has helped develop 5 industrial parks, 5 residential subdivisions and 3 marinas in excess of $1.5 Billion. Dan has won numerous awards including the 2005 Grand Aurora for Solar and two American Planning Association Awards. Dan has co-founded ten private and not-for-profit organizations. Graduated State University College at Buffalo (’77).

To maximize his ability to deliver results, Mr. Bicz has co-founded:

• Capture Energy Solutions, LLC a SDVOSB providing energy services to the Dept. of Defense
• Eco* Corporation, an international water remediation company
• Environmental Energy Park and Research Center (eePARC) a clean water and energy incubator
• Eco International Group, LLC of Toronto, Tampa and Barbados to monetize new technology
• Global Alliance where "the sun never sets": a consortium of family businesses in four continents looking to package and invest in emerging markets and technologies

• 2008 Humanitarian Award from minority church in Western NY for Green Gathering Place

• 2008 Eco Initiatives Article in Special Green Issue of Builder-Architect Magazine

• 2007 Cover Story: Builder-Architect Magazine Central Florida

• 2006 Grand Aurora Award for Solar Innovation

• 2006 President’s Cup Humanitarian Award from Tampa Bay Builder’s Association for helping unite over 200 firms to deliver approx. $2mm of charitable projects in four counties in partnership with the ABC television affiliate in Tampa. This included the creation of K-Jobs.Org a consortium of 70 companies to help those displaced by Hurricane Katrina.

• 2006 National Endowment of Housing Bronze Award for Community Achievement for creating a media/industry partnership to unit 400 businesses from six states to achieve $2mm of charity in four counties including ABC-Network 2-hour show.

• Two American Planning Association regional awards.

• Commendations from federal agencies (e.g. US Treasury, USEPA) for creating private-public business assistance programs and for revitalizing shuttered sites.
