Project Responsibility: Gerald has over 20 years of combined experience in investment banking, environmental and power engineering and real estate development including project evaluation, management and finance. At Morgan Stanley Mr. Cyr participated in over $1 billion of projects with emphasis on power generation asset development and acquisition of companies including various electric generation applications including geothermal, solar, wind, waste-to-energy, and fossil fuel including simple-cycle, combined-cycle and cogeneration applications. Management experience includes Senior M&A Associate with Morgan Stanley in NYC, VP at Taylor Woodrow ($3 billion rev, UK stock exchange), VP Operations at Combined Energy (Private Equity), and Engineering Manager at Laidlaw and Parsons Engineering. Mr. Cyr spent nearly eight years as a consulting engineer, and managed over $100 million of projects and assets involving environmental risk and litigation management at facilities across the US with emphasis on use of Best Available Technology in the hydrologic containment, treatment, and remediation of contaminated properties.
